Many of our clients adhere to the ISO suite of standards: ISO 9000 (quality), ISO 14000 (environment) and ISO 18000 (safety). We typically take an Integrated Management System (IMS) approach to the preparation of the procedures that we produce, so every client can be ISO compliant from the outset or at any future time the client chooses.

Most clients are realizing that to achieve true business excellence, quality, environment and safety needs to be integrated with related disciplines like emergency response and facility Operations and Maintenance (O&M).

We have recently added modules for Greenhouse Gas Management (ISO 14064) and Data Security (ISO 27002) to help our clients meet the obligations and opportunities that are emerging.

Regardless of whether it is one management discipline or the entire suite, the IMS is set up in a Controlled Electronic Document format. Upon downloading the linked documents in the IMS Framework, the procedure is automatically date stamped. Documents are complete with hyperlinks to client specific interactive forms, checklists and other referenced procedures.
